Do you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in finance operations? We're looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounting Staff to Join our Finance & Accounting team!
URGENTLY REQUIRED:
ACCOUNTING STAFF
Department: Finance and Accounting
Location: Solo Baru - Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review Accounts Payable for both production and non-production vendors.
- Record transactions accurately in Financial Statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Reconcile invoices and VAT vouchers, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.
- Liaise with vendors amd internal departments to ensure smooth processing of invoices and tax compliance.
- Assist in monthly stock-taking and cycle cunt with warehouse and tax teams
- Support the General Tax Supervisor in VAT and withholding tax matters
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Management.
- Certifications: Brevet A/B is a plus: other relevant certifications are an advantage: At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Fresh graduates with outstanding academic recorss weicom
- Background in manufacturing, retall, cashiering, or data entry is beneficial-Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (interm.).
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks is a plus).
