Ketentuan :
MATH TEACHERS
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to children aged 4-14, creating an engaging and interactive classroom using various teaching methods and technology to enhance learning.
- Conduct assessments for new and current students.
- Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings, progress reports, and updates.
- Contribute to student growth and retention by optimizing assessments to boost sign-ups and improving the teaching process to reduce withdrawals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Able to conduct math lessons for children aged 4 to 14.
- Proficient in guiding and teaching students to ensure their understanding of daily lessons, including managing corrections.
- Proficient in spoken English, particularly skilled in oral communication.
CENTRE MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration, operations, and management of the Learning Centre.
- Responsible for the growth and overall profitability of the Learning Centre (sales and marketing).
- Lead, direct, and motivate the team to achieve centre targets
- Schedule classes and timetable.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of service quality
- Responsible for maintaining professional standards of the Learning Centre as determined by HQ.
Requirements:
- Candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory/managerial position.
- Strong managerial skills and good business acumen.
- Good English-speaking skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to support centre operations.
