Qualifications Loker Central Kitchen Bakery Production Manager, Sales & Marketing, dll di A&M Co Artisan Solo Raya

ARTISAN SWEET BREAD CHEF (JAPANESE / KOREAN STYLE)

3-5 years of experience in producing Japanese/Korean sweet breads
Proficient in tangzhong/yudane techniques, soft bread shaping, sweet fillings, and modern toppings
Strong understanding of ingredient characteristics, fermentation control, and high-soft bread production
Creative in developing new variants with flavors relevant to the market
Capable of leading a bakery team and providing effective training
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and quality-focused

SENIOR BARISTA

3-5 years of experience as a professional barista
Skilled in latte art, extraction, espresso dial-in, and various manual brew techniques
Experience in coffee roasting, with understanding of roasting curves and profile development
Strong knowledge of coffee from upstream to downstream (origin, processing, bean characteristics)
Able to work quickly, accurately, and maintain flavor consistency
Capable of leading a team and providing effective training
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and quality-focused

CENTRAL KITCHEN BAKERY PRODUCTION MANAGER

3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager in a bakery
Strong understanding of the full bread & pastry production process(mixing, shaping, proofing, baking)
Strong leadership skills, firm, and experienced in managing large teams
Experienced in creating production plans, quality control, and cost efficiency
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with deadlines
Knowledgeable in basic food safety, hygiene, and production kitchen management

SALES & MARKETING BAKERY

3-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the bakery or F&B industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Understands B2B sales processes (hotels, cafés, restaurants) as well as retail/online channels
Target- and result-oriented
Basic knowledge of bakery products
Organized, responsive, and able to work independently
