Kualifikasi Loker Solo Baru sebagai Customer Service Bilingual PT Polaris Semesta Global
- Minimum D3 any Major
- Male or Female, max 30 years old
- Having experience in BPO Call Center/Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Must be fluent in English both of written & speaking
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
- Having an intermediate grade ITP/IBT TOFEL certificate is an added value
- Salary range 3,5-4,5 JT
- Work Placement in Solo Baru and Willing to work in Shifting
Job Description:
- Answering an Incoming Calls and Respond to Emails
- Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services
- Keep records and update logs of conversations on our contact center database system
