SALES STAFF

S1 education in all majors.
At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing (experience in handicraft is a plus).
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Exhibit persuasiveness and self-confidence in interactions.
Accustomed to working with sales targets.
Demonstrate effective negotiation skills and actively build strong customer relationships.
Skilled in using email, social media, and e-commerce platforms to drive sales.
Mobile and ready to work in the field (if needed).
Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Willing to participate in product training before starting work.

MARKETING STAFF

S1 education in all majors.
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in home décor, handicraft, lifestyle, or export industry (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
Strong communication and writing skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools:
Social media management
Meta Ads/Google Ads
Email marketing platforms
Basic design and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Analytical and creative thinking with attention to detail.
Team player, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.
