HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND GENERAL AFFAIRS (HRGA)
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR/HRGA, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/coordinator position.
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead HR and GA teams with clear direction.
- Mastery of all HR functions: recruitment, asset management, performance management, payroll, and personnel administration.
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Manpower Law, Company Regulations, Collective Labor Agreements, and company legalities).
- Experienced in managing General Affairs, such as procurement, facility maintenance, security, and company operational needs.
- Proficient in operating an HRIS system.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate easily with all levels of employees and management.
SALES & MARKETING
- Female
- At least 1 year of work experience in Sales/Marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understands B2B sales processes (hotels, cafés, restaurants)
- as well as retail/online channels
- Willing to work hard, disciplined, and able to work quickly.

GUEST RELATION OFFICER (GRO)
- Female
- Minimum education of Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), preferably a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or Public Relations
- At least 1 year of work experience as a GRO, Front Office staff, or Sales Promotion Girl (SPG)
- Experienced in handling customers, reservations, guest complaints, and front office services
- Accustomed to working in an environment that prioritizes service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage
- Friendly, empathetic, and highly service-oriented
- Able to work both in a team and independently
- Possesses initiative, confidence, and a positive attitude when interacting with guests or colleagues
BARISTA
- Male/Female
- At least 1 year of work experience as a barista
- Skilled in latte art, extraction, espresso dial-in, and various manual brew techniques
- Experience in coffee roasting, with understanding of roasting curves and profile development
- Strong knowledge of coffee from upstream to downstream (origin, processing, bean characteristics)
- Able to work quickly, accurately, and maintain flavor consistency
- Capable of leading a team and providing effective training
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and quality-focused
SERVER
- Male/Female
- Minimum education of Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), preferably graduates in Hospitality & Tourism
- At least 1 year of work experience as a server, waitress, or similar position in a restaurant, café, or hotel
- Basic service training (table manner / food & beverage service) is an added advantage
- Able to provide fast, polite, and friendly service to guests
- Disciplined, honest, and responsible in carrying out duties
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Has a strong willingness to learn and improve service quality
