MARKETING STRATEGIC OFFICER
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or Business.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in marketing or marketing strategy.
- Knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and modern marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Familiarity with data, market analysis, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or CRM).
- Experience in developing brands, campaigns, or product positioning is preferred.
- Results oriented and able to work with targets.
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable to changing market trends.
- High integrity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn.
KOL SPECIALIST
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media Specialist (preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines.
- Creative, detail oriented, and up to date with social media and influencer trends.
- Having a KOL network is a plus.
JR COOK PASTRY
- Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) in Culinary Arts/Hospitality or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in the pastry field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Understanding of pastry basics: dough, batter, cream, filling, and basic baking techniques.
- Able to work quickly, carefully, and consistently.
- Familiarity with the mise en place system and working according to kitchen SOPs.
- Creativity and an interest in pastry decoration are a plus.
- Able to work in a team and follow the chef's directions well.
STEWARD / DISHWASHER
- Minimum of high school/vocational high school (SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a steward, kitchen helper, or cleaning staff in a hotel, restaurant, or catering service is preferred.
- Understanding of the basics of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
- Experience operating an industrial dishwasher.
- Diligent, disciplined, and responsible.
- ble to work under pressure.
- High initiative and concern for cleanliness and tidiness.
- Willing to assist the kitchen team as needed.
