FINISHING MANAGER
Qualification Loker PT Pacific Furniture Semarang Bulan Juni 2026
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Industrial Engineering / Wood Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the furniture industry, with experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Finishing Manager.
- Strong understanding of finishing processes for solid wood, veneer, MDF, plywood, rattan, and other combined materials.
- Proficient in finishing systems and application techniques
- Good understanding of finishing chemicals characteristics and safe handling standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Experienced in managing manpower, production targets, material efficiency, and finishing quality results.
- Strong understanding of finishing quality standards.
- Highly motivated and committed to achieving work targets and deadlines.
- Strong personality with good authority, firmness, and professional integrity.
