REQUIREMENTS:

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

5 years of experience in a Senior Managerial & Leadership role in Marketing Department for premium shopping mall, hospitality, or large-scale retail industry.
Proven ability to create and lead long-term marketing strategies that align with corporate business goals, traffic, and increase high-value tenant engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience in conception and handling successful Mall Events, Shopping Promotion programs and Customer Retention Management (Loyalty Program).
Digital marketing and brand building expertise, including social media and online advertising.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

INTERNAL AUDIT

Bachelor's degree in Economic/Accounting.
At least 2 years of experience in a Audit System role within the premium shopping mall, hospitality or retail industry.
Understanding of applicable accounting principles, financial standards, and audit procedures.
Skilled in verbal and written communication to convey audit findings to the team or management.
Fluent in using MS Office (Excel).
