Qualifications Loker Bulan Oktober 2026 di PT Dima Indonesia (Dima Group) Semarang
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as Sales Supervisor, preferably in the FMCG/Alcohol industry.
- Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Understanding of market dynamics and trends within the MT/GT sectors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the GT/GT segment.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share, increase sales volume, and meet or exceed business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change effectively.
- Work Location: Semarang
